I was hoping for a repair but the fitter advised that, with the age and condition of the door and mechanism, he couldn t be sure that a similar problem wouldn t arise. A very pleasant, polite guy who cut the cables, lowered the previously stuck door, and made the garage secure for me. Spoke to a lady to order the door and, about 10 minutes later, a gentleman from the office called to arrange installation for late this Friday morning. Swift, efficient service. We have lived at the property for 10 years, so garage door was obviously older than that.
Experience engineer who replaced the mechanism swiftly and right first time. The door operates very well once again, in fact a big improvement.
Not necessity the cheapest, but booking to arrival of the engineer was less than 3 hours! He did a great job, sorting out my jammed door and fully lubricating everything. It now works better than it did before it jammed !!

I wanted something checking with my garage door. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and Kevin called within six hours of me making initial contact with the company. It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. I would have no hesitation in awarding this company five stars from my contact with them today if I have any need for ongoing maintenance to my garage door they will be my go to company. Same day service. Good advice on what was required. Fair quote. Started work immediately quote was accepted. Cleaned up after repairs completed including resealing around the door frame. Offered maintenance advice too.
